Can I use websites addresses or product names without permission in a newsletter I am selling to businesses?

I would like to do a monthly column that would feature interesting websites. Or an article on a new product (ex. shampoo or a restaurant). It’s not really going to be as in depth as a review. Where can I find out more about questions like this? Thanks
