I know all the so called no brainer investing software kits are absolute ripoffs but I want to know a good book to study and good software program that would help me pick good stocks. There is one that seems ok using the CANSLIM program from Investors Business weekly then there are the the motley fool’s newsletters which are rather pricey at $199 a year subscription (for just one of their mulititude of newsletters) So help me out stock investors: what do you recommend?

I have a place on my page where people can subscribe to my newsletters. How do I view the people who has suscribed?? the web address is kcosonline.com

I have a list of 5000 companies, address, city and state. I want to send an HTML and text email to the CFO or VP Operations level contact at each company. Absent of looking up the specific executive via Hoovers or Selectory or some other way, then finding out the correct email convention for that company – is there an easier/faster process? The way I am used to doing it is OK for 10-20 companies, but no way for 5000. Any suggestions or actual guidance are welcome. It is important that the message gets to the CFO level, my company offers a very specific service.

I would like to do a monthly column that would feature interesting websites. Or an article on a new product (ex. shampoo or a restaurant). It’s not really going to be as in depth as a review. Where can I find out more about questions like this? Thanks

I’m a researcher and writer. My company is MurderOne: Writing Services that will debut with a newsletter that features a local man who supposedly went missing earlier this week. So far, the only word out about the case is from family and friends who have posted signs about the case. My newsletter will include photos and more information to help find him. Can you give me a great name for the newsletter? It will be published twice a month and will report on crime-related news in the area.

I work for a state psychiatric hospital. My patients want to start a newsletter and have requested current events as part of the newsletter.

Can I reprint stories that I get off of the internet if I cite them? If not, where can I get news stories? I’m low on time and can’t rewrite a bunch of stories…
